1. Online token booking
This website lets you book a daily token for consultation at Daloda or Mandsaur clinic. A token is a place in the queue for that day — not a fixed clock time. Clinic hours still apply (Daloda morning, Mandsaur afternoon).
2. Required information
You must provide your full name, place (village/city), and mobile number. A short note about your problem is optional. False or incomplete details may lead to cancellation of the token.
3. Payment
Token fee (if shown) must be paid online via the UPI QR / payment options on this site before the booking is confirmed. Keep a screenshot of payment until your visit.
4. Come on time
Please arrive during clinic hours for your booked day. Late arrival may mean your token is skipped so other patients can be seen. The clinic manages order on the day.
5. Cancellation & refunds
If you cannot come, inform the clinic on WhatsApp or phone as early as possible. There is no refund if you miss your token without informing in time, or if you simply do not show up. Refunds for genuine advance cancellation are at the clinic’s discretion only — not automatic online.
